Palmetto Bluff to limit homes built near May River | News
BLUFFTON, SC (WTOC)- The developer of Palmetto Bluff will be limiting the number of homes built near the May River.
Bluffton Town Council and developer Crescent Resources have agreed to build at least 1,300 homes but no more than a little over 2,000. Six acres will also be used to build a stormwater pond.
The developer is also allowed to build more homes in other areas of Bluffton.
